Norfolk: a lovely long weekend of sunshine and showers

Al and I had a really lovely long Bank Holiday weekend in August, catching up with old friends and family. The long drive was worth it for an invigorating walk on the shingle beach at Cley-next-the-sea. We were *lucky* to have one of those days full of fabulous clouds and skies, in and out dramatic sweeps of light - and rain! Made for some lovely pics - but we got VERY wet :) We'd spent quite a long time walking in totally the wrong direction and managed to walk directly into the middle of the storm....well and truly got my sea fix that day! Found a lovely cafe on our wanderings too that was covered in shells and painted in lovely bright colours - just my cup of tea :) Here are a few faves - the rest are on Flickr, as always.
