A lovely spring day at Waddesdon Manor

We had some glorious sunshine on Saturday and it finally felt like spring! It was one of those days you just *had* to get outside so we decided to go for a walk in the grounds of Waddesdon Manor (along with rather a lot of other people it turned out!). The daffodils were positively glowing in the sunshine - it was just so lovely to see some colour after months of grey and gloom - and the birds were chirping away merrily. So please forgive the gratuitous shots of daffodils - I couldn't help myself! All pics below were taken on my 85mm - I decided it was a day for details and bokeh :)

There happened to be a French Market on at Waddesdon Manor, so we enjoyed a wander round the stalls. There was lots of amazing smelling food, some beautiful soaps and a fabulous VW camper can that had been turned into a mobile coffee van. So lunch turned out to be rather coffee and chocolate based....
